	How Can I Use Web2Anything?

	Web2Anything by Model Metrics allows your Salesforce.com administrator to easily create forms that can be used internally or externally for your companies data capturing needs. The use case on this page shows only one of many ways you could use Web2Anything for expanding your Salesforce.com functionality. Recruiting Made Easy Web2Anything makes capturing candidate data quick and easy. In this use case, we will show you how quickly and simply you can configure your website to take applications for open positions using Web2Anything with your company's existing Salesfoce.com organization. Your Salesforce.com administrator first downloads and installs the Web2Anything component from Appexchange and enables it in your Salesforce.com organization. Once configured, the administrator sets up a new account in Web2Anything through the Web2Anything custom tab. The administrator then receives a confirmation email and code to activate their account. Once activated, your orgs administrator (or any user allowed access to Web2Anything) may purchase yearly licenses to create Web2Anything objects linking the web based forms the Web2Anything application creates to your Salesforce organization so you can easily capture data from the web. Once the objects are purchased, Web2Anyhing offers a simple interface to select the Salesforce.com Object you wish to create. In this case, the Candidate Object is selected (from Salesforce's Recruiting Application). The fields you with to expose to the wbe are selected and an HTML form is generated. This HTML can then be cut and paste into you website, and be styled as you see fit. Once published to your company's website, applicants enter their information through their web browser of choice and it is sent directly to your Salesforce.com organization. If your Salesforce.com server is offline for maintenance, the data entered is cached by Web2Anything on Model Metrics servers until your Salesforce.com server is active again. It is then delivered to your org and can be viewed by your team for consideration.
